Scott McClellan

                      Nov Dos Dos

I tell ya, these people who do insane dirt, and then do a mea culpa once the book bidding war is complete, are literally the people who are actively screwing the country over. Colin Powell told the world via a puppet show that Iraq had tried to buy yellow cake when the 12 year old sanctions we had in place insured the country couldn't even buy white flour.  The lie was exposed, and now the General is happy to tell you he feels more shame than a guy on "To Catch A Predator", at a lecture hall near you, for a fee. Or considering the level these guys play at, it's probably called a 'sum'.

Gerald Ford thought Bush 40 thief was a goddamned bum. He just didn't want to tell you until after he died. This from a guy who pardoned Nixon, and you need to wonder why Michigan sucks?

Now comes Scott McClellan claiming to have unknowingly lied when he told the press that President Cheney and his underling Scooter Libby had no part in the unveiling of Valerie Plame as an intelligence operative.

First of all, the guy's book is gonna be called "What Happened".  Dude, why the fuck are you asking me?  He's actually going with a title that allows for plausible deniability.

Second he's talking about facts that he could have talked about at least a year ago, whenever Libby was found guilty. What the hell was he doing, tapping his foot somewhere?  This information can't help us now.  He's years late and lives short.

Worst, the book's not even due out until next April. Anything can happen between now and then.  Is anyone gonna go to jail?  Will anyone get impeached?  No and hell no.

                Thanks for nuttin,  Scott McClellan.
