I don't really hope these guys get it in the jail chute.  It would be better if they were treated like the Stanley Cup; Each person they've robbed gets to spend a 24 hour period with them. "Hi, Mr. Swartz. Nice to meet you. Better to beat you".

What I love about these two is that they obviously hate America, Tyco is doing that Bermuda scam, and now they're going to find out so much about the U.S. These criminals are going to be in the pen, trying to buy off guards and whatnot, and the rest of the inmates will just be fuming at them. That's good news.

  We are a capitalist country.  I think there should be a number, say 100 million dollars, that if convicted of stealing, automatically gets you  life in prison.  And where is this money? Why is it that the it's ok to take a drug dealers property upon arrest, and these guys are ordered to pay back millions LESS than what they stole?

  George has to be taken to task for valuing cronyism over your security.  It's clear he did not faithfully execute the Constitution, and that's what he swore to do.

    However you look at it, these people did not care for the afflicted.  Props to my girl Zeven Up for telling me about this.

   "2004/07/23 -- FEMA Hurricane Pam -- a hurricane preparedness exercise -- eerily predicted what could subsequently happen if a major hurricane hit Louisiana, and purportedly prepared and informed FEMA and The White House for this contingency "to help officials develop joint response plans for a catastrophic hurricane in Louisiana". A White House staffer was briefed.
Ivor Van Heerden, a hurricane researcher from Louisiana State University who ran the exercise, says "the federal government didn't take it seriously. ... Those Corps of Engineers people giggled in the back of the room when we tried to present information." One recommendation from the exercise: Tent cities should be prepared for the homeless. "Their response to me was: 'Americans don't live in tents,' and that was about it," recalls Van Heerden."

   Talk about a May lie massacre.... Here's the memo, the smoking gun... straight outta London/with a push from a dumb son  -   that has the US administration so upset with Newsweek.

   As you read it, keep in mind the date of it  -   July 3, 2002.

  Only a patriot would admit that this has caused the deaths of 1700 American soldiers.  Only the astute would add that total to the Sept. 11, 2001 number. In other words, so far, on that day, we've actually lost 4700 Americans.

  If you remember art with titles like, "Space 1999", "1999", "Death Race 2000", or "2001: A Space Odyessy" then you may well remember the names Spiro Agnew and Richard Nixon. If we can keep the well pumping on the Jeff Gannon mess, we might see history repeat itself in this lifetime.

  This dKosopedia blog (you may read Daily Kos, or you may have heard about it on various news/opinion shows and haven't checked it out.... Kos rhymes with close) is apparently the best source of information for the guy who somehow gained access to the white house under an assumed name and broke not only the invasion of Iraq/n story, but also the Dan Rather document fumble.

  The reason I think this could lead to multiple resignations is simply that federal law may have broken.  People don't just walk into white house news conferences from non existent news oraganizations,  and whoever let him in will have to be held accountable if Gannon (also known as James Guckert) is indeed a ringer.  If his credentials were checked, then the white house was aiding and abetting a prostitute. Stupid hos.

  They're counting on you not reading the links I provide, or being able to touch on some of the information and incorporate it into your worldview.  What the earlier examples of art all share is the philosophy that it's more important to know what's up than to be an expert. That's the mosh pit and shit.

  The Jeff Gannon scandal makes Jayson Blair look like a women dressed as the "Scales of Justice" for Halloween.  This article predates my "watergate" reference 16 days.

  All of the facts are out there. There's hardly reason to engage in debate.  I've wondered whether debate is just a tactic by conservatives to delay the inevitable. 

   Can anyone imagine if Clinton was revealed to have used a reporter from a fake media organization (and it was located in, say, Arkansas) who previously (or currently) engaged in male prostitution to ask liberal friendly questions immediately after disarming ones?  Compared to this Bush, we may ultimately find Lewinsky's blue dress in the Smithsonian.
